You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours before production begins.

3. Production launch
Between 24 and 48 hours after final confirmation, the manufacturing of your sculpture officially begins at our partner atelier. Each artwork is crafted to order, with no prior stock.

4. Manufacturing follow-up
Throughout the production phase, our team remains available 7 days a week to answer your questions and provide updates on your order.

5. Final quality control
A final quality inspection is conducted upon completion. Photos of the finished sculpture are shared with you prior to shipment.

6. Preparation for shipment
After validation, the sculpture is carefully prepared for transport using reinforced packaging standards suitable for contemporary art pieces.

7. Shipping & tracking
Once shipped, an international tracking number is provided. Our team remains available 7/7 for any delivery-related inquiries.

8. Delivery & certificate of authenticity
After receiving your sculpture, you will receive a digital certificate of authenticity by email, confirming the artwork’s origin, catalog reference, and Vanta Gallery signatures.

Packaging & Transport Preparation
